Cool place to work. Lots to do and see everyday.

Cons

Has a culture of termination. Every single person who works there fears losing their job for any minuscule thing they can conjure up that day. Won't even bother to tell you what you did wrong until they're already firing you for it. Supervision gives little to no direction and expects you to know everything from the start even if they're paying you peanuts to do it. Everyday there were at least 2 - 3 account closures for termination that came across my desk. They don't care about you or your job and the walking cigarette that runs the place would sooner fire you than help you improve. I promise you are worth more than this cesspool of sadness.

4 weeks of PTO if you are full time. You will use it quick with the drama though.

Cons

Bally's Rock Island talks a lot about inclusion and respect, but my experience was the opposite. Management allowed supervisors to physically and verbally intimidate employees without meaningful consequences. I believe I was treated differently because of my race and sexual orientation, and when I raised concerns, they were dismissed. Rather than investigating the issues, the company chose to discipline me and eventually terminate my employment. Looking back, I'm glad to be gone from a workplace that failed to uphold the values it publicly promotes.
