Pros

Baltimore Aircoil was a fantastic place to work. I was there for a summer internship, but even the short three months I was there were great. Everyone at the company is extremely personable. People are ready to help and happy to answer questions. It is a very collaborative environment where nothing goes unrecognized. I felt very appreciated in my position, even when helping with small tasks.

Cons

My time there was too short. It took a few weeks to get used to the operations of the company and I just felt that I was getting the hang of it when the internship ended.
