Pros

Good pay and benefits and challenging work. Plenty of overtime. Chance to get promoted and or post to other departments within the company

Cons

Work expectation are unrealistic. A Lot of favoritism and you don't want to be the "outsiders Severe and excessive punishment for safety violations. Sheet metal management is like a police state. In essence they don't give a crap about people.
