Pros

Good people overall who deserve better. ESOP is a joke unless you are in management.

Cons

Leadership team consists of incompetent global leaders who could not lead ants to a picnic. It is troubling that they are allowed to remain in their roles, or they are asked to quietly retire while employees endure their incompetence. Don Fetzer is out of touch with the morale of the staff in North America. The company has no diversity at the leadership level. Minority women in HR do not count. In fact, that is a known strategy to pretend to embrace diversity.
