Pros
- You get recognized if you work hard and produce well - Supervisors are pretty approachable, pretty understanding. - Not too micro manage-y in my position. - The folks who are knowledgeable will almost always be open to helping you learn (products, process, etc.) - Biggest Bonus I ever got. - Benefits are great, Health Insurance is good once you meet the deductible. - Work/life balance is what you make it.
Cons
- You have to be a goddamn moron to be fired, so a lot of people can get away with doing nothing and putting more work on you. - Hard work is rewarded with more work. - Capped raise at 4%, while consistently boasting at meetings the increase in revenue. - The Health Insurance offered is quite tedious to work with. - Some departments will squabble about who's responsible for some work, might end up on you if you don't fight hard enough. - Work/life balance is what you make it.
