The former dev team, former designers, and project managers were very kind and great to work with. Good people.
The CTO is amazing to work with and has a lot of good ideas. He was always very pationate about what he was working on and was a great mentor.
The CEO is a smart & kind guy and is very driven. He is not afraid to jump into the “weeds” and learn what he needs to learn.
The company did Christmas events and dinners and get seats for each department to talk strategy.

Leadership is completely lost and has 0 direction on where they want to go. They have a lot of ideas but too many. They lack the purpose of the entire product on what it can accomplish.
The codebase is… everywhere. You can thank me and the other 10 guys who “had ideas”.
In my time there was a lot of demeaning going on in our department.
I had seen many waves of “funding” and promises of no lay offs. Over the years I slowly saw and heard many names of people I knew let go.
