Pros

The people are great. Everyone is eager, fun to be around and fun to work with. Remote work is very flexible so if you need to do anything during the day, no one is going to get on your case. The work is constantly evolving and changing so it keeps you engaged. Company shares, and quality health insurance.

Cons

Lacking some benefits such as a 401k and pay is below average.
