Horrible communication, heading in the wrong direction - Anonymous employee Bandwango Employee Review

Bandwango is unfortunately just not a good company to work for anymore. There is zero communication from senior leadership, and no transparency on major decisions. The CEO constantly reassured that the funding they got was enough, yet still decided to layoff a large number of workers with no warning about financial situation. Even after spending tons of money to host in person retreats for every department. The director of the client department does not value the opinion of those lower than her and always has acted like she is superior. If you are not in a leadership position, you are just not valued the same. Health benefits are average, no 401k, zero transparency or respect to employees who have spent years supporting this company, and very little opportunity for advancement. I would stay away and I know many current employees are starting to look elsewhere.
