Horrible IT leadership...high turnover - Anonymous employee Baptist Memorial Health Care Employee Review

I could not believe how bad it became to work in IT at Baptist. No flexibility, ridiculous expectations and non-supportive upper level leadership. With the leadership change came overworked, under qualified staff and very little rewards or consideration. They treat you as if you're not a seasoned professional, but instead someone they are doing a favor for by giving you a job that eats away at your work life balance. There's no consideration for your vacation plans, time off, FMLA or sick days. They EXPECT it to be done, day or night or both.
