Pros

You don’t have to perform to keep your job and be paid.

Cons

If you’re a high performer or you care about your work at all, you’re slapped on the wrist while you make up for everyone else’s short falls. No accountability allowed. “Trade partners” run this contractor into the ground. If you whine, you’re rewarded. You don’t have to do much to be promoted, just show up and don’t forget to leave early.

Pros

One of the best things about working here is the culture — it genuinely feels like family. Leadership doesn't just talk about caring for employees; they live it. Servant leadership truly cascades from the top down, and you can feel it in everyday interactions. Leaders are engaged, approachable, and make every employee feel valued and heard. Beyond the people, the culture itself is beyond pleasant — it's the kind of environment where you actually look forward to coming to work. Add in the flexibility of working from home and a solid benefits package, and this is a workplace that truly invests in its people.

Cons

The work can be fast-paced at times, the high standards here keep things moving, which is a good thing but can occasionally feel like a lot. And when you genuinely love what you do, it can be hard to disconnect at the end of the day. Honestly, those are the only cons I can come up with.
