Pros

Been with the company for 2 years now and the culture is pretty relaxed but very much about their business. Really nice people to work with overall. Nice culture building activities. They seem to always be looking for ways to make improvements in areas that need it. Enjoy working for them.

Cons

The salary ranges are kind of all over the place. I see it all (mid year raises, variety of bonus types etc.) Seems they pay people what they want/feel like paying...there is no strict salary requirement. (This may be the culture for every large company though....in my career experience) Really like working for the company and with my team; however, pay could be about 10k more for my career level, experience, and the sort of work I am responsible for. I understand there will be some variations across pay (it's unavoidable because of a variety of variables, but the gaps need to come with clear, reasonable explanation)

Pros

One of the best things about working here is the culture — it genuinely feels like family. Leadership doesn't just talk about caring for employees; they live it. Servant leadership truly cascades from the top down, and you can feel it in everyday interactions. Leaders are engaged, approachable, and make every employee feel valued and heard. Beyond the people, the culture itself is beyond pleasant — it's the kind of environment where you actually look forward to coming to work. Add in the flexibility of working from home and a solid benefits package, and this is a workplace that truly invests in its people.

Cons

The work can be fast-paced at times, the high standards here keep things moving, which is a good thing but can occasionally feel like a lot. And when you genuinely love what you do, it can be hard to disconnect at the end of the day. Honestly, those are the only cons I can come up with.
