No cons so far from my experience.

Beyond the people, the culture itself is beyond pleasant — it's the kind of environment where you actually look forward to coming to work. The work can be fast-paced at times, the high standards here keep things moving, which is a good thing but can occasionally feel like a lot. And when you genuinely love what you do, it can be hard to disconnect at the end of the day. Honestly, those are the only cons I can come up with.
