Pros

BM truly cares about their employees, they are not just blowing smoke when they say it. They review everyone’s feedback and do try to implement changes constantly improving the culture. I have worked at comparable GC’s in size who all claim they care but only comes down to the bottom line at the end of the day and I can assure you BM is not like that. Now be prepared to preform, you get treated like a partner but you must buy in and treat them the same. Do not go in looking to work half days and let things fall behind because they will cut you off the team. Just know if you work like we are all expected to work you will be rewarded in not just financial ways but also made to feel the sense of accomplishment we all chase in this field.

Cons

The only true con is sometimes you are on a project that has a team from out of town and it makes the coherence a little cumbersome. A project is difficult enough but when you have counterparts that are only there 3 days every 2 weeks and expected to be the lead it can be very challenging. This especially holds true when team members are out for themselves and want to make a name for themselves so they become good at credit acceptance and never share with those that were part of the success. But that is every single company out there.

Pros

One of the best things about working here is the culture — it genuinely feels like family. Leadership doesn't just talk about caring for employees; they live it. Servant leadership truly cascades from the top down, and you can feel it in everyday interactions. Leaders are engaged, approachable, and make every employee feel valued and heard. Beyond the people, the culture itself is beyond pleasant — it's the kind of environment where you actually look forward to coming to work. Add in the flexibility of working from home and a solid benefits package, and this is a workplace that truly invests in its people.

Cons

The work can be fast-paced at times, the high standards here keep things moving, which is a good thing but can occasionally feel like a lot. And when you genuinely love what you do, it can be hard to disconnect at the end of the day. Honestly, those are the only cons I can come up with.
