      You get a great discount Make a lot of friends Meet great people Ability to move up Pretty good management Sometimes you have fun

      There are a lot of things that the store needs and can't get. Some employees are lazy which makes them hard to get along with People don't talk to each other enough in the store, everyone kind of keeps to their department Work a lot of odd hours, night, and you will work almost every weekend.

      Good discount on in house brands

      Cons

      Toxic management runs rampant at most stores, multiple managers keep their jobs after saying racist or sexist things to both employees or customers. If you’re a good worker they expect you to do the work for your coworkers who are lazy / not doing their job and if you complain you’re the problem. Pay is a joke. Annual raises are never more than $0.20 a year, sometimes as low as $0.07.
