Pros
Great growing company with a good corporate structure. Treats employees like people and will listen to your opinions. Good open door policy. Managers seem to have your back and watch out for your interests. Your career can go in many different directions. Excellent training, good amount of travel, get to see and work in a lot of different environments.
Cons
Sometimes have had to travel on the weekends (with no extra pay or compensation). Commission policy makes it difficult for project engineers to make extra money, you really need to become an FAE for that.
