      Pros

      Bastian Solutions offers rewarding and challenging work with a great company culture setting. While growing very rapidly and with the acquisition by Toyota, the company maintains a family business atmosphere. The entire Bastian family is one of the most caring, generous, and down to earth families in Indiana. One of benefits I enjoy the most is that we are constantly using the latest and most advanced technologies in the industry. I would also offer that our internal team gains knowledge and experience far faster than the typical organization and would recommend working at Bastian Solutions whether a college graduate or industry seasoned expert.

      Good for gaining experience Free Snacks Gain one more day of vacation each year you work there

      Goodness, the nepotism and favoritism of this place is crazy. CEO's daughter is allowed to work remote from Michigan while the rest of her team is forced to be in the office in Carmel. Management is a good old boys club. Has the attitude that you should be available 24-7 for work or overtime compensation or flex time. When challenged they said "That's what I had to do back in the day" like a typical boomer. Slowly has rolled back all benefits and perks of being in person in the office. I once had a dentist appointment and was asked if I cpuld just take it on my lunch break instead of working from home for the afternoon and taking it right after work. At times feels like a sitcom for a cookie cutter toxic office
