I have been working for Bastian Solutions for almost 3 years. I can attest that this company really wants their customers to succeed and their employees to grow. Each employee is given the opportunity to share and implement their own ideas. No idea is ever ignored because of time or money as other large companies do. With the latest acquisition by Toyota it only reassures the focus on customer and employee. In my 17 year career this is the best place I have ever worked. The management is focused and every employee helps one another to get the job done.
