Pros

- Bastian continues to grow at a fast rate which makes work exciting and the opportunities to perform readily available. - Overall compensation is excellent at Bastian as Bastian pursues the best and brightest from industry and new college graduates - The senior leadership at Bastian is excellent. They inspire confidence in the work force. - At Bastian you get opportunities to work on important projects without micromanagement. Even young Engineers have large project responsibilities and get to work autonomously.

Cons

- Sometimes busy is not good. I would argue that it is better than the alternative but it comes with its challenges.

Pros

Good for gaining experience Free Snacks Gain one more day of vacation each year you work there

Cons

Goodness, the nepotism and favoritism of this place is crazy. CEO's daughter is allowed to work remote from Michigan while the rest of her team is forced to be in the office in Carmel. Management is a good old boys club. Has the attitude that you should be available 24-7 for work or overtime compensation or flex time. When challenged they said "That's what I had to do back in the day" like a typical boomer. Slowly has rolled back all benefits and perks of being in person in the office. I once had a dentist appointment and was asked if I cpuld just take it on my lunch break instead of working from home for the afternoon and taking it right after work. At times feels like a sitcom for a cookie cutter toxic office
