You get your bonus from the last phase payment In such phase, you need to save money otherwise you don't get a good margin, meaning, you you get money for your bonus, So, imagine, the 90% of the project has been invoiced, and the company has already secured their profit, now it depends on the customer satisfaction to sign the acceptance, which rarely happens, since they add last minute requests. Most of the projects need to be filled up with extra resources to be able to please the customer at the end. Pouring hours to the project eats up the profit, hence there is no bonus for you. This is a big one, you need to make sure you get the bonus agreement that is favorable to you and is clear.
