      Very supportive senior management, Sr management is ready to invest their time in your general & professional training....treats you with respect (not usually seen this otherwise in today's times)....very much open to listen to your views then be it on project or in general.....

      Cons

      May suggest to relook at the salary structure ....but yes I'm not sure as every employer is offering 30% hike while change over so can't comment on whether the salaries offered are less or more....but yes it shall be with position and work load distribution again that's only a suggestion.....

      Good for gaining experience Free Snacks Gain one more day of vacation each year you work there

      Goodness, the nepotism and favoritism of this place is crazy. CEO's daughter is allowed to work remote from Michigan while the rest of her team is forced to be in the office in Carmel. Management is a good old boys club. Has the attitude that you should be available 24-7 for work or overtime compensation or flex time. When challenged they said "That's what I had to do back in the day" like a typical boomer. Slowly has rolled back all benefits and perks of being in person in the office. I once had a dentist appointment and was asked if I cpuld just take it on my lunch break instead of working from home for the afternoon and taking it right after work. At times feels like a sitcom for a cookie cutter toxic office
