Pros

1. Still has a small company feel that cares about its employees, but is owned by a solid company like Toyota. 2. Fast growing company in a very exciting industry that will be in high demand for many years to come. 3. Competitive pay 4. Has been good to work for during COVID by providing flexible work arrangements. Company has weathered COVID better than most companies and will come out stronger as a result. 5. Overall, a really good, stable company to work for and grow in.

Cons

As with any company that is growing very quickly, there are learning curves and things that can be done better. The work is demanding, especially when projects are nearing completion. Extra time needs to be put in during these times, but there is a strong sense of accomplishment when the projects are delivered.

Pros

Good for gaining experience Free Snacks Gain one more day of vacation each year you work there

Cons

Goodness, the nepotism and favoritism of this place is crazy. CEO's daughter is allowed to work remote from Michigan while the rest of her team is forced to be in the office in Carmel. Management is a good old boys club. Has the attitude that you should be available 24-7 for work or overtime compensation or flex time. When challenged they said "That's what I had to do back in the day" like a typical boomer. Slowly has rolled back all benefits and perks of being in person in the office. I once had a dentist appointment and was asked if I cpuld just take it on my lunch break instead of working from home for the afternoon and taking it right after work. At times feels like a sitcom for a cookie cutter toxic office
