Fast growing company in a very exciting industry that will be in high demand for many years to come. 3. Competitive pay 4. Has been good to work for during COVID by providing flexible work arrangements. Company has weathered COVID better than most companies and will come out stronger as a result. 5. Overall, a really good, stable company to work for and grow in.
Cons
As with any company that is growing very quickly, there are learning curves and things that can be done better. The work is demanding, especially when projects are nearing completion. Extra time needs to be put in during these times, but there is a strong sense of accomplishment when the projects are delivered.
