Pros

The few managers who actually do work Benefits and lots of time off

Cons

Managers are nearly nonexistent here either not working or impossible to find. Long work hours and being forced to work overtime Constantly changing things that don't need changed Ramping up production despite running skeleton crews

Pros

Good for gaining experience Free Snacks Gain one more day of vacation each year you work there

Cons

Goodness, the nepotism and favoritism of this place is crazy. CEO's daughter is allowed to work remote from Michigan while the rest of her team is forced to be in the office in Carmel. Management is a good old boys club. Has the attitude that you should be available 24-7 for work or overtime compensation or flex time. When challenged they said "That's what I had to do back in the day" like a typical boomer. Slowly has rolled back all benefits and perks of being in person in the office. I once had a dentist appointment and was asked if I cpuld just take it on my lunch break instead of working from home for the afternoon and taking it right after work. At times feels like a sitcom for a cookie cutter toxic office
