      Pros

      My time at Bastian Solutions was an eye opening experience. Thanks to the time I spent there and the people I worked with, I decided to continue my education and work towards my bachelors degree. I can say that my time with Bastian Solutions changed my life for the better.

      Cons

      At first I thought that I was thrown to the deep end without any help, but once I was able to speak to the engineers in charge of the project, I was able to wrap my mind around the task assigned and knew how to tackle it.

      Good for gaining experience Free Snacks Gain one more day of vacation each year you work there

      Goodness, the nepotism and favoritism of this place is crazy. CEO's daughter is allowed to work remote from Michigan while the rest of her team is forced to be in the office in Carmel. Management is a good old boys club. Has the attitude that you should be available 24-7 for work or overtime compensation or flex time. When challenged they said "That's what I had to do back in the day" like a typical boomer. Slowly has rolled back all benefits and perks of being in person in the office. I once had a dentist appointment and was asked if I cpuld just take it on my lunch break instead of working from home for the afternoon and taking it right after work. At times feels like a sitcom for a cookie cutter toxic office
