Pros
There is a lot of very interesting project work going on at all times. At almost every level, you have a decent amount of autonomy when you see an opportunity to improve things. Everyone within each department is generally very friendly amongst each other (including extracurricular)
Cons
Lack of adequate mentorship and general understanding of appropriate workflow. HR acts entitled and struggles with empathy. Departments don’t get along with each other, leading to loads of cross-company drama and unnecessary politics.
