Pros

Lots of food appreciation meals The VP of CX and the sales gentleman that has been with the company since it started are awesome. Truly, the only two in senior management that care about people.

Cons

Meals are good unless your in CX, you are put on a time limit and more often then not are not allowed to join the meetings. You must get your food in shifts and report back to your desk. They say Hybrid but this is a total lie unless your on the UX team. Senior management is a joke, its the good ol boys club. If you don't play golf don't bother trying to talk to them. When it comes to the COO if your not C-suite or female he is not going to speak to you. The CEO and COO want the name tags to identify "temporary" employees so they know not to bother learning there names. Lack of career growth opportunity, you will be stringed along with future opportunities. If you have hopes of moving up, hope your ready to be a puppet, better be a yes person and don't question anything. Pay could be better Benefits are terrible HR is a laughing stock, the head HR individual is the last one in the door and the first one to leave assuming they even come in. They are not there to help you or protect you. They implement a dress code that they constantly violate themselves. The CEO is so scared of conflict he won't even say anything to an individual. He makes others do it to try and ensure people like him. If you have tattoos, piercings, or colored hair, don't bother showing up. The CEO will look at personality test and simply say not hired based on those results. Doesn't matter how your interview goes.
