OK place to work - Sales Associate/Keyholder Bath & Body Works Employee Review

Very positive work environment, great energy, super uplifting

The hours can be relatively inconsistent but that’s retail

Overall okay retail work, weekdays are pretty chill and can get pretty boring but the management at the time I worked there was pretty nice and understanding. Very easy to transfer locations if needed, I transferred back and forth 2 or 3 times because of school and I lived many states away and they always helped.

Not enough hours outside of holiday seasons Stayed past my shifts often for callout hours just to get more hours Not enough pay for what is dealt with. Customers are weirdly very rude a lot of the time, worse on weekends, most weekdays were fine. I always found the rudeness ridiculous more than anything and managers typically believed us about it.
