Pros

Great small company culture with lots of work to go around located just outside of downtown Saint Paul. Lot of great people, but disappointed to see them rotating right back out the door.

Cons

Not able to retain good quality staff; expected more opportunities to grow but managers are not willing to let go and pass on their knowledge. Praise work-life balance but expect you to work on-call, evenings, nights, and weekends to make deadlines and bend over backwards for clients. Upper management is very set in their out-of-touch ways and even though they have open doors, they rarely truly listen, that is if you can find one in their office. Spent 2+ years implementing a poor data management system, the second phase of which was never taken; currently over promising and under delivering on a client relation management software.

Pros

This is one of the best work environments I have encountered so far. Almost all of the employees are invested in the success of the company, and the culture feels strong. It is very rewarding to be surrounded by smart and kind coworkers.

Cons

Remote structure can lead to some isolating projects, but the company does a great job of countering this with an in-person training day. Not employee-owned, and could front more healthcare premium costs.
