Generally a good place. Interesting work and good clients. Chance to gain good experience.

Cons

No advancement, raise, or rewards. Get your money up front. When you're ripe for a raise, it'll be time for a layoff.

Pros

This is one of the best work environments I have encountered so far. Almost all of the employees are invested in the success of the company, and the culture feels strong. It is very rewarding to be surrounded by smart and kind coworkers.

Cons

Remote structure can lead to some isolating projects, but the company does a great job of countering this with an in-person training day. Not employee-owned, and could front more healthcare premium costs.
