Pros

Simply put a great company with great people doing great work for the environment.

Cons

After a few bump years of leadership changes, the latest leadership team is on track. The new CEO really make an effort to balance listen to the employees and doing what is best for business.

Pros

This is one of the best work environments I have encountered so far. Almost all of the employees are invested in the success of the company, and the culture feels strong. It is very rewarding to be surrounded by smart and kind coworkers.

Cons

Remote structure can lead to some isolating projects, but the company does a great job of countering this with an in-person training day. Not employee-owned, and could front more healthcare premium costs.
