      Communication from corporate could be. Better but overall very happy with all leadership

      Pros

      Working at home but feels like I’m office due to metrics and micromanagement

      Cons

      The role says it’s mostly outbound calls but you will get hit after the 30 day mark you have to get on phones and answer phone calls. Micromanaging at its finest, never experienced a company with trust issues on employees.
