Pros

Benefits package was not as good as other employers

Cons

Lack of help learning new job. Co workers and manager were more interested in the next webinar meeting than interacting with each other in person. Cound myself needing to make appointments to talk in person. Felt like asking questions were not allowed.

Pros

Working at home but feels like I’m office due to metrics and micromanagement

Cons

The role says it’s mostly outbound calls but you will get hit after the 30 day mark you have to get on phones and answer phone calls. Micromanaging at its finest, never experienced a company with trust issues on employees.
