Pros

I would say the brand, but that truly isn't the case. I honestly can't think of anything to say positive about this organization. Before they added "Baylor", I have heard employees say things were much better.

Cons

Disorganized, dysfunctional, cut-throat, unprofessional and inexperienced leadership is a few of the adjectives that I would use to describe HR - especially as a recruiter in Talent Acquisition. People are placed into leadership positions that they shouldn't be in - especially at the director and manager level. They higher people as contractors just to fire them later - this won't impact their retention numbers. However, they are attempting to get over on the system. I would not suggest working at this company. Retention is a problem at a system level, but especially in HR. If HR can't even keep their people, you can imagine how it is at the hospital level. Hospitals also struggle to retain people, and they will admit that they don't pay the best. They state Baylor Scott & White Health is a great place to pad your resume. For the sake of your health, personal relationships/marriage and mental stability, I disagree entirely. I am telling you with complete honesty that you will regret working at this company, as you will always fear the stability/longevity of your career. Within corporate, work expectation is unrealistic and you can't say "no." It is sadly a fear-based culture where directors talk about their peers and even about other managers and recruiters.

Pros

Working at home but feels like I’m office due to metrics and micromanagement

Cons

The role says it’s mostly outbound calls but you will get hit after the 30 day mark you have to get on phones and answer phone calls. Micromanaging at its finest, never experienced a company with trust issues on employees.
