Pros
The employees are wonderful to work with and I made good friends. It's just the management and work environment that make it a terrible place to work.
Cons
I worked for Baylor for years and have seen many changes. One of the biggest changes I saw was the change in employee work environment. Management at Baylor Information Services now are in a position where they feel that they can get away with various forms of discrimination and often do. It is evident that Baylor's outsourced Human Resources department is just in the business of protecting just that, the business. This is all fine, but it is at the expensive of the employees. I would highly suggest that you look elsewhere for employment if you are looking for a job in Information Systems. Especially if you do not want to work for a company that condones hostile work environments.
