Pros

remote work only, that's all I can say based on my experience of being ghosted

Cons

Insurance expensive, benefits not good for anyone outside TX. Paid holidays taken from PTO bank, which is unheard of. Ghosted by HR after job offer and start date when counteroffer salary. HR ghosted emails and calls after weeks of f/u. Pay range was within salary range for said position yet I was still offered $11K less, but asked to provide 20+ years of experience on my resume to justify my salary, which was provided and I was still not given my asking salary. Recruiter was then seen on LinkedIn posting the same position I was "hired" for and posting for their upcoming job fair. Im assuming they wanted to hire someone for less in hopes of finding them at the company job fair, hint as to why I was ghosted to this day.

Pros

Working at home but feels like I’m office due to metrics and micromanagement

Cons

The role says it’s mostly outbound calls but you will get hit after the 30 day mark you have to get on phones and answer phone calls. Micromanaging at its finest, never experienced a company with trust issues on employees.
