Used to be good - QA Analyst Bayview Asset Management Employee Review

This used to be a good company to work for. There have been a lot of layoffs lately, which is what is going on in the industry. Some departments, too many people were let go. The remaining employees have way too much work. Other departments are really slow but have too many people remaining in their departments. So either you are slammed with work or have virtually nothing to do.
