      Pros

      Great work environment, training is extensive, and the people are genuinely kind. I feel supported and valued among my colleagues. They've handled the merger with grace and adaptability.

      Cons

      The pay is abysmally low. Tellers start at the same rate and have half the responsibilities. I am going to be forced out by financial necessity

      - Good amount of PTO + holidays, decent benefits - Nice coworkers - Opportunities for advancement

      Cons

      - Rigid pay raise structure - the exact same pay raise percentage was given to multiple people company wide - Overly focused on metrics and KPIs, not focused enough on the value employees bring and the people we serve - Bonuses have not been given this year - Too many layoffs in wake of the merger has lead to too few people with too much work - Disorganized execution of merger has lead to process issues and poor morale. - Leadership appears to lack information on state of company operations
