Unlimited pay, management wants you to grow

Cons

It’s staffing and goes how the job market goes. Becoming more numbers focused. Prepare for a boys club full of former athletes who want to bulldoze people and the most materialistic humans I’ve ever met. If you don’t make money, you don’t matter.

Pros

I can't say enough nice things about Beacon Hill. I work directly with Kathryn Schmitt. Having her in my corner is a true luxury. She communicates quickly and thoroughly and advocates for me with determination and finesse. When we talk, I always feel as if she is really listening and cares. I completely trust her, greatly enjoy our working relationship, and truly value Beacon Hill as a result. Likewise, her colleagues are also very caring and so professional. Being placed by Beacon Hill and having stayed with the same excellent company for over four and a half years says it all.

Honestly, I can't think of any cons.
