Pros

If I had to give one it would be weekly pay.

Cons

I typically don't leave reviews but felt this was necessary to give someone some insight on this firm that I wish I had before I accepted an offer. Management is almost nonexistent, they just expect you to perform without giving you any proper guidance or the proper tools to succeed. Speak of tools they don't give you many options to source other than LinkedIn recruiter. Their internal database/ATS feels like it's stuck light years behind what I've seen at other places. Their onboarding process for new candidates is archaic and again management provided no insight on how to navigate that. Their technology they utilized was slow and at times painful to use. I was hired for a fully remote position but given a desktop and landline phone and then expected to use my own personal laptop and phone to make calls. It just felt like I was another number, no one ever tried to connect with me or get to know me. My manager only ever reached out about metrics and never once to see how I'm doing or to provide any assistance. For new grads, there's better firms to get your foot in the door and get quality working experience. For experienced recruiters, this place does not give you the proper tools, technology, and management to continue to grow your recruiting career.

Pros

They brag about a party they have every year in Boston. If you like Boston, that is a pro.

Cons

Everything. This place is mostly washed up people from sapphire. Management has no idea what thy are doing. The office I worked in was incredibly gossipy, the woman who ran the office didn't know up from down. She fired one guy based on what someone else told her and didn't tell him that she cancelled his health insurance. She picks favorites and if you're not one, you don't matter. There is zero logical thought process put into any decision making. It is all "hoping for the best" and "trying your hardest!".

Pros

The office was very nice.

Cons

They make you run in for the interview, tell you how great you are and that they have positions available and then no one calls you back or even responds to your emails asking about open positions they are adverisitng for. I have seen more than MANY positions I and my associates were more than qualified to take and no one even called any of us. We all have excellant work histories and references. Makes you wonder if these positions acutally exist.
