Pros

This is a great place to work, management is amazing and really takes feedback to heart and wants to help you grow both professionally and personally. A great work environment - an excellent mix of hard working individuals while also having fun and celebrating our successes.

Cons

Only con I can think of is possibly higher salary, but all in all it's a great place to work with so many pros.

Pros

I can't say enough nice things about Beacon Hill. I work directly with Kathryn Schmitt. Having her in my corner is a true luxury. She communicates quickly and thoroughly and advocates for me with determination and finesse. When we talk, I always feel as if she is really listening and cares. I completely trust her, greatly enjoy our working relationship, and truly value Beacon Hill as a result. Likewise, her colleagues are also very caring and so professional. Being placed by Beacon Hill and having stayed with the same excellent company for over four and a half years says it all.

Honestly, I can't think of any cons.
