      Pros

      Company is eager to celebrate those who work 18 hour days! And they almost pay you for it!

      Cons

      You have to absolutely grind to be successful. There are a handful of success stories that will be told to you over and over and over of those who make it to the top. But if you want to make a decent salary in sales, just go into product sales. If you want a job in recruiting, go work internally for another company. This job is not worth the stress you will be put under.

      Pros

      I can't say enough nice things about Beacon Hill. I work directly with Kathryn Schmitt. Having her in my corner is a true luxury. She communicates quickly and thoroughly and advocates for me with determination and finesse. When we talk, I always feel as if she is really listening and cares. I completely trust her, greatly enjoy our working relationship, and truly value Beacon Hill as a result. Likewise, her colleagues are also very caring and so professional. Being placed by Beacon Hill and having stayed with the same excellent company for over four and a half years says it all.
