      Pros

      Friendly co workers- more happy hours than I can count.

      Cons

      Leadership will misguide you. Saying things are picking up (when they’re clearly not)so you can attract new fish, tells me everything. What’s more embarrassing is we all know BH’s hiring strategy “and not doing layoffs”. Smoke in mirrors friends.

      Pros

      I can't say enough nice things about Beacon Hill. I work directly with Kathryn Schmitt. Having her in my corner is a true luxury. She communicates quickly and thoroughly and advocates for me with determination and finesse. When we talk, I always feel as if she is really listening and cares. I completely trust her, greatly enjoy our working relationship, and truly value Beacon Hill as a result. Likewise, her colleagues are also very caring and so professional. Being placed by Beacon Hill and having stayed with the same excellent company for over four and a half years says it all.
