Just recently, we were named as one of the Best Staffing Firms to Work For by Staffing Industry Analysts for the third year in a row, which we believe demonstrates the value we place on treating our teams well. Furthermore, we were rated as the #1 Best Staffing Firm to Work For among companies with 501 or more internal employees. To address your specific concerns – 57% of former employees who left a review on Glassdoor for us would recommend Beacon Hill to a friend. This is in line with the average for all employees – former and current – on Glassdoor (regardless of industry). We exceed our peers (those who were also ranked as a Best Staffing Firm to Work For in the 501+ employee category) by an average of 15 percentage points in that category. In regards to growth – we averaged a 3.3 rating for career opportunities on Glassdoor (again, from former employees). Our peers averaged a 2.7 rating. In regards to compensation – among former employees, we averaged a 3.3 rating. Our peers averaged a 2.6 rating. In regards to management – we received a 3.3 average rating for Senior Leadership from former employees. Our peers averaged 2.6.
