Hello, Thank you for your candid feedback. We appreciate hearing directly from you. While we understand your disappointment, we regret your negative perspective on our firm. We work hard to make sure our pay structure is competitive with industry rates, as well as offer a benefits package that will accommodate our employees’ needs. Furthermore, we are very proud to offer uncapped commissions to our recruiters and salespeople – we want everyone to be rewarded for the work they put in. That, in part, is why we believe we’ve been named one of the Best Staffing Firms to Work For by Staffing Industry Analysts for the past four years. Regarding your assertion that we hire uneducated people and that we are only in it for a quick buck – we are saddened to see that this is your outlook. Were you able to read the last issue of BH News we sent out? The Success Story we highlighted in the April edition provides a very different perspective on both accounts. Furthermore, if you took a look at some of the other reviews that have been left on our Glassdoor page, we believe that you would see that your experience is not the majority experience.
