      Pros

      The company as a whole seemed great. Fridays leave at 4, no problems having drinks on Fridays, pay is weekly, benefits, company Christmas Party in Boston.

      Cons

      The team I was on was new, and the person who ran it seemed so nice and great at first. It is a facade. This person catered to her 2 best friends that she brought with her to the company. They started making things up about the way I worked and things literally came out of left field that didn't actually happen. (Gossip, typical women) The favoritism was soo real! To the point where one person didn't have to do much to get her candidates placed while I did a lot of work and she purposely didn't try to place my candidates, but my numbers spoke for themselves. I did really well. I got feedback later from people I placed at companies how much they hated working with Beacon Hill and couldn't wait to not work with them anymore, which I assume is the person over this team that they were referring to. Two others on the same team left very shortly after me. They again were not her best friends.

      Pros

      I can't say enough nice things about Beacon Hill. I work directly with Kathryn Schmitt. Having her in my corner is a true luxury. She communicates quickly and thoroughly and advocates for me with determination and finesse. When we talk, I always feel as if she is really listening and cares. I completely trust her, greatly enjoy our working relationship, and truly value Beacon Hill as a result. Likewise, her colleagues are also very caring and so professional. Being placed by Beacon Hill and having stayed with the same excellent company for over four and a half years says it all.
