Pros
After reading the dated reviews, I felt compelled to provide a more accurate description of the Beacon Hill Technology division in Denver, CO. Having worked in corporate recruiting and for another large agency prior to accepting a position with Beacon Hill, I can confidently say that this is the best work environment I have encountered. With a lot of growing pains over the past few years, Beacon Hill's executive leadership felt it was time for a change, and brought on a new Sale Manager/ Division Director. He has completely transformed the Denver office. He brought on new talent, revamped outdated processes, and consistently fosters a positive and supportive team environment. In addition to his leadership, the Denver office is lucky enough to be the home office for the National Account Manager for one of our largest clients. His mentorship and leadership has added significant value to our office as well. With a smaller team of recruiters, a world class sales team, impeccable leadership, and the most generous base + commission/bonus structure I have ever heard of, the opportunity for success and the earning potential is phenomenal. If you're looking to get into the Staffing Industry, it would be silly not to explore options at Beacon Hill.
Cons
Cons are subjective. For me, this is the perfect work environment because we get to be a part of building something from the ground up. There is chaos sometimes and things aren't always black or white, but there is something really special about working for a very profitable, privately held company in an office that has a start up feel in one of the fastest growing tech hubs in the U.S. Some might see the high expectations and demand for adaptability as a con, but if you see it as an exciting challenge, you would thrive here.
