Time off and holiday party.

Cons

Zero team morale, constant degrading behavior from former division director now senior account executive on the finance side, consistent belittling based on religion/political beliefs, no room for true growth or advancement with the negativeness that persists in the office, EXTREMELY high turnover (13 people in time I was there).
