I am continually impressed by the support and integrity of Beacon Hill's leadership, as well as the quality of the recruiting teams. Beacon Hill's main mission is that nothing given will ever be taken away - it will either stay the same, or get better. The commission plan has never been changed, and through economic downturns, we have kept our teams whole, hiring additional heavy hitters. Very pleased to spend my career with such a stable and growing company.

Cons

Benefits are fair but not outstanding. Meanwhile, this allows Beacon Hill to keep the promise of stability to each employee, so through the downturns, I have to come learn that I am glad for this, rather than layoffs.
