      They really care about their employees, offer a very competitive base salary and a good commission structure as well. Everyone is always willing to help each other, it's not seen as you losing money when someone else is doing well, everyone builds each other up.

      Cons

      The staffing industry is the hard part, having the product and client be people is tough but great at the same time

      Pros

      I can't say enough nice things about Beacon Hill. I work directly with Kathryn Schmitt. Having her in my corner is a true luxury. She communicates quickly and thoroughly and advocates for me with determination and finesse. When we talk, I always feel as if she is really listening and cares. I completely trust her, greatly enjoy our working relationship, and truly value Beacon Hill as a result. Likewise, her colleagues are also very caring and so professional. Being placed by Beacon Hill and having stayed with the same excellent company for over four and a half years says it all.
