there are zero pros.. i wish i could give them 0 stars, they don't deserve 1 star - maybe if you buy into all their "employee milestone" celebrations, there's nothing positive i can say about this employer

Cons

they will end your healthcare the day after you resign - normal caring employers let you carry your insurance thru the end of the month.. not beacon hill they do not uphold inclusive best practices - complete disregard for employee pronoun preferences management will openly instruct you to only recruit American named candidates to avoid "wasting your time" bro-culture environment. required regional meeting for "movember" they will never recognize their hard workers until they quit no remote flexibility - must be a 2 time presidents club winner to earn 2 days remote AEs think they're your boss - lol Management will promise you exactly the opposite of what reality is literally one of the worst places i ever worked Never ending use of "LFG" or "LETS GO!" - ew

I can't say enough nice things about Beacon Hill. I work directly with Kathryn Schmitt. Having her in my corner is a true luxury. She communicates quickly and thoroughly and advocates for me with determination and finesse. When we talk, I always feel as if she is really listening and cares. I completely trust her, greatly enjoy our working relationship, and truly value Beacon Hill as a result. Likewise, her colleagues are also very caring and so professional. Being placed by Beacon Hill and having stayed with the same excellent company for over four and a half years says it all.
