      Pros

      Strong culture is a large part of the company and a big reason I came to work here. They take a lot of pride in their culture and they hire amazing people across the board. They really value the people they hire and treat them very well! It's great to be respected!

      Cons

      Hard to say, in the Denver market we are just starting out so we have a blank database but, it'll build up over some time so not a big con.

      Pros

      I can't say enough nice things about Beacon Hill. I work directly with Kathryn Schmitt. Having her in my corner is a true luxury. She communicates quickly and thoroughly and advocates for me with determination and finesse. When we talk, I always feel as if she is really listening and cares. I completely trust her, greatly enjoy our working relationship, and truly value Beacon Hill as a result. Likewise, her colleagues are also very caring and so professional. Being placed by Beacon Hill and having stayed with the same excellent company for over four and a half years says it all.
